Hybrid Coaching
I appreciate personal training can be a luxury service. For those who do not wish to train with a coach weekly but would like the expertise of a coach to structure their nutrition and exercise, then Hybrid coaching
may just be for you.
Hybrid coaching
is a mixture of in person and online coaching. The difference being that you will come to see me for one PT session per month to go over your personalized program. I will then upload you to my fitness and nutrition training App and track you as you train alone.
Provided that you're being consistent with your set program and making progress, (which ill be checking!) you'll come back to see me every month for a new, revised program as you get fitter and stronger!
Here is whats included.
- Exercise Programs
Personalized exercise programs for the gym or for home. Fill out my
Client Application Form, give me the relevant information I need and I'll take care of the rest - upload you onto my fitness and nutrition App (in the App store) and send your program to you where I can track your progress!
- 1 PT session a Month
Come in and see me to go over your personalized program! Here we can go over technique for all exercises, make sure we set the correct intensity, talk about how to progress your program and make adjustments if needed. I'll make sure you're 100% clear and confident when training alone for the month.
- Nutrition Coaching
No meal plans here. Instead, I'll teach you everything there is to know about calories and exercise nutrition through weekly food diaries and habit building! Including what to eat and how to eat in the most effective manner in order to achieve the changes to your body that you want.
- Accountability
Results through fitness are achieved through being consistent with eating the right foods and correct training. I will organise your schedule and hold you accountable to these behaviors. You can also organise your own schedule should you prefer!
- Bi Weekly Measurements
What you can measure, you can manage. Easily upload your progress photos every month and body measurements every two weeks to ensure progress. If progress isn't happening, we know we need to make adjustments to your nutrition and/or training.
- Instant Messaging
My online platform contains instant messaging. Meaning that should you get stuck or need help with any aspect of the online platform, your training program or food, I'll be on the other side ready to assist you!
- Recipe Packs
In addition to all of this, Ill also be sending you 50 healthy and tasty breakfasts, dinners, deserts and snacks to help inspire you and keep you on track with your nutrition. All recipes can also be scanned on MyFitnessPal, should you want to track your calories! (Your choice here and not necessary)
